Duties Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and savories with precision and flair Decorate cakes and pastries using cake decorating techniques to create visually stunning treats Maintain high standards of food handling, safety, and cleanliness in all aspects of food production Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, piping, glazing, and assembling desserts Support kitchen operations by managing ingredient inventory and ensuring proper storage Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet daily production goals Requirements Proven pastry experience Expertise in cake decorating, food presentation, and culinary arts Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Hands-on experience in food production, baking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant environment Skilled in knife techniques, baking methods, and culinary preparation processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred but not required Join us if you're eager to bring your pastry artistry to life in a lively setting that values innovation, quality, and teamwork.
