Orange Sky Coffee Roasters is a Main Street coffee shop and roaster that emphasizes friendly, hospitable service alongside beautifully crafted beverages and small food items.

Orange Sky Coffee Roasters is primarily focused on providing a genuinely positive and warm experience to every customer that comes through the door, whether they order an 89-point single origin pour over or cold brew with extra salted caramel cold foam.

Our barista team is the core front facing team that connects with our community every day. We believe a positive and curious attitude contributes to achieving shared success. You’re an integral part of what can make a customer’s experience amazing so they want to come back to visit us again and again.

We offer a 20% discount on all menu items and batch brew coffee and espresso are free until your heart's content, on or off shift.

Have excellent communications skills.Basic Qualifications
Operate the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment to make coffee based beverages.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food handling and preparation standards are met.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and/or holidays; this position is particularly focused on weekend availability
Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift from drink preparation to cleaning counters, floors, tidying up the grounds around the shop, and the Employees Only bathroom.
