Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team. This role includes hands-on barista training and the opportunity for advancement to Shift Lead for strong performers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Take accurate orders and process POS transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
• Restock products and assist with inventory needs
• Support daily café operations and collaborate with the team
• Uphold Haraz Coffee House quality, standards, and brand values

Training Provided

All baristas receive hands-on, in-depth training, including:

• Espresso extraction fundamentals
• Milk steaming techniques
• Latte art practice (beginner to advanced)
• Drink recipe mastery
• Workflow efficiency and station organization
• Customer service standards and café operations

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn professional barista skills or expand their coffee knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
