This is a full-time on-site role as a Barista in Madame Sousou Cafe' chain located in New York, NY. As a Barista, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea, to customers. You will also be responsible for taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with other duties, such as food preparation and customer service. Qualifications Prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar customer service role Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Food handling and safety certifications (if required by local regulations)
