Full-Time Barista – Urgently Hiring ($20/hour)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time barista to join our team. This position requires someone who is skilled in coffee preparation, including latte art, and can consistently deliver high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Create consistent and visually appealing latte art
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Handle cash and operate the register accurately
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience required
- Strong latte art skills
- Ability to work efficiently and stay on schedule
- Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Must live nearby or have reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
