As a Sales Associate/Baker, you will play a dual role. You will assist customers in our bakery, providing excellent service and helping with sales, while also participating in the baking process. This role requires both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, ensuring that our customers have a pleasant experience and that our baked goods meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales Associate Duties: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about products, ingredients, and specials. Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Restock shelves and display cases as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Promote bakery products and specials to drive sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events. Baker Duties: Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes and adhere to production schedules. Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations. Operate and clean bakery equipment. Assist in developing new recipes and products. Qualifications: Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. As a Muz Muz Barista, you will be responsible for: • Setting up the espresso machine and sinks to ensure DOH compliance., • Warmly greeting customers and fostering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in our plant-based cafe., • Crafting high-quality espresso-based coffees, mushroom lattes, and other unique beverages, accommodating customer requests., • Completing daily cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine and hygienic work environment., • Breakdown(if working a closing shift): cleaning and drying any used dishes from the day as well as resetting everything to ensure a smooth opening shift for the next day.

Make classic cafe drinks and house specials and take orders and clean base pay is 11/hr either tips with a guarenteed minimum if 20$/hr. Cafecito Social is looking for an opening shift barista who can run the morning independently. Be at the shop by 6 AM, set up the bar, make great drinks, keep things clean and stocked until noon. Same days, same hours, every week. More fill in shifts are also available. You need at least 6 months of barista experience. We'll train you on our menu, but you need to know your way around a machine. You need to be reliable and punctual. This is a small team and every shift matters. If we can't count on you at 6 AM, this isn't the right fit. Required: Wed-Sun availability. Food Handler's Certificate We offer a consistent schedule, free coffee on shift, a respectful team, and room to grow. The coffee is traceable back to the farm it came from.

Looking for a Part Time Barista Saturday and Sunday and two weekdays (changes every week) 6am-2pm. Split of all daily tips. Brand new coffee shop- tips normally amount to an additional $50/day per employee. Potential for a lot more as we are brand new! MUST have Food Protection certificate, know how to make standard coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccino, espresso, drip coffee, specialty lattes, etc) and latte art. Creativity is a plus!
