Ikka is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar program. Company will provide accommodation to live in staff house. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in crafting exceptional drinks, delivering top-tier guest experiences, and managing bar operations efficiently in a high-end dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Create and maintain a signature cocktail program aligned with Ikka’s concept
- Train, mentor, and supervise bartending staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for bar supplies
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and build strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-volume or fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology trends
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
