—A PourItUpMobileBar Bartender must be able to mix drinks quickly and in a fast-paced, multitask while maintaining a Great atmosphere and making guests feel pleased.
-Must be Experienced/Licensed.
-Must be on call.
-Must Be Flexible for Weekends
-Must be Reliable.
-Must ask for ID.
-Must be dressed neatly and wear appropriate Attire.
-Must know the Responsibility of Serving Alcohol.
-Must be able to respond clearly to guests’ requests.
•Must be able to hear well through loud background noise.
-Must be able to carry Portable bar
•Must have transportation
-Must Clean Bar area
-Must bring back all Bar tools after Event
-Ability to Stand 6-8 Hours

-Must be Friendly
•Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests
-Must Remember Signature Drinks According to Menu
-Engages with guests by making drinks in front of the guest using working flair.
-Must Keep a clean, organized bar area
•Must stock up on Ice ,Straws Napkins and Juices
-Must be able to “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary
