What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bartender

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and other beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our drinks menu and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all licensing, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Support the wider team during busy services.

As a Waiter/Waitress

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Have a good understanding of the menu and be able to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure they are happy and well looked after.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organised and welcoming dining areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management team to ensure smooth service.
