Key Responsibilities
• Drink Preparation:
• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of our drink menu and suggest pairings with our food offerings.
• Customer Service:
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent service.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bar Operations:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and alcohol-serving protocols.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new bar staff as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beer.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid certification for serving alcohol (if required by local laws).
