Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when needed
Verify age and follow all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and equipment
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and act responsibly
Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Work closely with servers and other staff to ensure smooth service
