Westfield's Newest Restaurant is looking for friendly, experienced, and professional Bartenders and Servers to join our team. These roles require strong service skills, cocktail knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for providing a seamless dining and bar experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a positive attitude and ensure a memorable dining and drinking experience
Take food and beverage orders, make menu recommendations, and answer guest questions
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer according to house standards
Ensure all drinks and dishes are served accurately, promptly, and professionally
Operate the POS system to enter orders and process payments
Follow alcohol service laws and safety procedures at all times
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station, bar, and dining areas
Restock supplies and ingredients throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth service
Follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
