The Behavior Technician supports individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder, by implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Under supervision, the BT collects data, uses positive reinforcement strategies, and assists in teaching new skills to promote independence and improved quality of life. They work closely with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy sessions.
