As an OPWDD Coordinator, you'll connect OPWDD-eligible individuals with Medicaid-funded services that support independence, life skills, and inclusion. You'll coordinate personalized supports such as: Community habilitation, Respite, and Pre-vocational skills. The candidate must be fluent in English as well as Mandarin, conversational in Cantonese.
This role is for the Queens Region with an in-office position in the Cedarhurst office until the Queens locations opens (TBD).
This is an in-office, 9AM-5PM, role.
