Job Summary: As an Order Picker at Walmart, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting merchandise from storage locations to fulfill customer orders or replenish inventory for Walmart stores. Inventory Management: • Update inventory records in the warehouse management system to reflect items picked and packed for shipment., • Communicate any inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors for resolution., • Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory levels. 4. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous experience in order picking, warehouse operations, or related field is advantageous., • Familiarity with handheld devices and warehouse management systems is desirable., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing merchandise., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and maneuver bulky items using appropriate equipment., • Physical agility to bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods.
