Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and improve quality of life. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine behavioral needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and challenges.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment delivery.
Maintain detailed medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Educate families and staff on behavioral health strategies and intervention techniques.


Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
Proficiency in data collection methods and medical documentation practices.
Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management.
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience conducting intake assessments and patient evaluations within a behavioral health or educational setting is preferred.
