We foster a supportive environment that values collaboration, accountability, and growth.Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Medical Collector with a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and collections. The ideal candidate is dependable, has strong communication skills, and brings an assertive, results-driven approach to collecting outstanding balances.Responsibilities: • Research and resolve unpaid claims using monthly aging reports and multiple systems and payer portals., • Manage assigned accounts and oversee the full collection cycle to reduce aging balances., • Complete denial management, including appeals, reprocessing, and documentation gathering., • Contact patients, guarantors, and attorneys regarding balances; educate them on benefits and payment responsibilities., • Log follow-ups, reminders, and updates accurately and in a timely manner., • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper payment posting and adjustments., • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.Qualifications:, • Minimum 3 years of experience in A/R analysis, medical collections, denial management, and EOB review., • Knowledge of billing and collection procedures in a high-volume environment., • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills., • Proactive, assertive, and motivated to drive collections performance., • Experience with CPT and ICD-10 coding and familiarity with medical terminology., • Proficiency with relevant software systems is a plus (WebPT, CMD, QuickBooks).Why Join Us?, • Be part of a tight-knit, supportive team committed to professional excellence., • Make a meaningful impact on the company’s financial health.
