Bookkeeper - DZI CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
• Prepare and submit financial reports and summaries to management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support the accounting team with audits and other financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
