Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Management Training Program. The Management Trainee will undergo an intensive 6–12-month training program that includes cross-training in sales, leadership, and business administration. Throughout the programme, Trainees will receive mentorship, guidance, and support from experienced professionals as they gain valuable skills and experience to prepare them for leadership roles within the company. FIA Balloons is a luxury balloon décor and event design company based in New York City, creating custom installations for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and brand collaborations. We're a small, founder-led team building something people genuinely love and we're looking for a reliable, creative contractor to help with balloon production and craft work, primarily in our Midtown office, with occasional on-site event work. This role is mostly based in our workspace — inflating hellium balloons, building balloon garlands, arches, and installations for events — with occasional on-site work when a job requires setup at the venue itself. You'll be offered jobs as they come up and can accept based on your own availability.
