As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and that our services operate seamlessly. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Managing all incoming client communications, including phone calls and general inquiries, to provide timely and helpful assistance.
• Performing accurate data entry and diligently maintaining client profiles within our dedicated system.
• Conducting thorough inspections of bridal gowns prior to cleaning, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and preparing them for service.
• Coordinating effectively with clients regarding their orders, providing updates on progress, and efficiently processing payments.
• Executing daily routine tasks, which include essential sewing and minor alteration work to meet client needs and maintain service quality.

Training will be provided and paid.
