Responsibilities: • Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories, • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, • Provide product recommendations, • Teach customers how to use and maintain their devices, • Deliver a superior customer experience, every time Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems What We Offer: • $70,000-$100,000+ potential, • Miracle-Ear provides an average base pay of 65K while we help you obtain your license, • Once licensed, you will be eligible for our base + commission structure, with the average 1st year new hire making 80K, • High earning potential once licensed, with an uncapped commission potential of 100K+ annually, • Work-life balance, standard business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, • As a new hire, you will attend a 1 week, all expenses paid training in Waco, TX, • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, 401K with company match, • Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Volunteer Time Off All recruiting efforts are handled by our regional team out of Waco, Texas, and applications must be submitted electronically.
