We're currently looking to hire a Direct Support Professional for a client located in Cherry Hill, NJ. This position offers 20 hours per week and is available to start immediately.
Shifts are 3-8pm shift and 10-3 pm weekends. Days can be discussed. MUST have reliable transportation.

Provider Service Agency specializing in IDD, Mental Health, Autism and Intellectual Disabilities seeking Direct Care Workers to join our team, supporting Individuals working toward goals to live a more independent and everyday life.
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required. Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide daily living instruction, support and personal assistance services to individuals (i.e., activities, money management, grocery shopping, grooming, appropriate dress, etc.)
Participates in the implementation of Individual Support Plan
Provides social, emotional, and environmental supports to ensure the happiness, health and safety of Individuals
Performs household duties and assists/supervises in performing household duties to ensure that individuals / facilities are clean, safe and secure at all times
Encourages individuals in the acquisition of skills to achieve a greater level of independence
Prepares and completes all required documentation in compliance with State regulations, company standards, and Policy & Procedures manual
Openly communicates with other staff to ensure individual’s well-being
Participates in mandatory orientation, training sessions and meetings
Must be comfortable transporting clients in your personal car

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with state laws and requirements
Proof of current vehicle registration and insurance
Clearances / Background Checks (current - no older than 1 year)
Diploma / Education
Any Certifications / Licensure (CPR/First Aid, M/H, D & A, Counseling, trainings)
