Qualifications:
- Experience providing direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and basic home safety checks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
-Interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, families, and care team members, including active listening and clear reporting.
- Demonstrated reliability, time management, and adaptability to work PRN (as needed) shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Basic documentation skills and attention to detail to accurately record services provided and changes in client status.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes in and around Lewisville/ Denton, TX.
-Physical ability to assist with transfers and safely assist support clients as needed.
-Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and following all safety, infection control, and company policies.
