We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front of House team member to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the high quality and presentation of our products. This role demands efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide excellent service.
- Accurately take orders and manage cash transactions, including counting back change manually.
- Maintain a clean workspace and uphold stringent personal hygiene standards.
- Ensure donuts are attractively displayed in the showcase and carefully bagged or boxed.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and kitchen staff.
- Multitask efficiently during busy, high-volume periods.
- Work collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
- Maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced, non-stop environment.
Requirements:
- Open availability across Monday through Saturday; actual workdays may vary.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to begin work promptly at the start of each shift.
- Possess strong basic math skills, particularly the ability to count change without computer assistance.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
