Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for assigned cases and assist surgeons in pre-operative implant planning, implant sizing and positioning. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the robot independently or field escalation matters appropriately. Partner with Field Service team effectively to ensure technical issues are resolved and maintenance is delivered. Build knowledge of Stryker implants and instrumentation and mastery of the robot and its different robotic arm applications in order to become a trusted “go-to” for all case coverage types (robotic and manual). Complete Stryker Learning Management System (SLMS) assignments on an ongoing, timely basis. Assist with joint replacement sales coverage duties as assigned. Account and Territory Management: Own day to day coordination of accounts and necessary tasks to support scheduled manual and robotic joint replacement procedures. Support cases outside of assigned territory when necessary. Manage inventory, instrumentation, and total case preparation. Ensure all cases are planned and reviewed with associated surgeons prior to scheduled surgeries. Ensure consistent time management between case preparation and case coverage to limit case delays. Develop knowledge of hospital and account preferences to meet or exceed customer expectations. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner. Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive, trusting relationships with surgeons and hospital staff. Complete all necessary account administration duties (e.g. Case Tracker daily updates, PER process - Product Experience Report, RMA process - Return Material Authorization, case billing and closure). Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per quality and compliance system requirements. Partner with sales and marketing to support local product demonstrations/labs and showcase clinical value to potential customers. Build collaborative relationships with internal sales team members to achieve business objectives. As a Travel Center General Manager you will be entrusted to guide your team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a working environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values, making LV petroleum the clear choice for our guest’s needs. General Managers are responsible for the overall operation of a branded restaurant for LV petroleum, overseeing a team of Associates and Leaders in their work to serve our guests. C-store General Manager are responsible for the total operations of the convenience store. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that your team greets all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated, encouraging Guest Loyalty. 2. Demonstrate leadership attributes to include: building and maintaining trust with the store team by setting clear and measurable goals, holding self and team accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively. 3. Build and develop a strong team by: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, offering timely feedback on performance and leading by example. 4. Lead a team of store associates in a fair, consistent, impartial, and timely manner, supporting and enforcing all State & Federal laws along with Company policies and procedures. 5. Achieve operational excellence, develop performance goals aligned with the Company’s Operational objectives, hit financial goals (Sales/expenses to budget, net profit) and strive for year over year improvement. 6. Manage food operation to ensure quality and safety of all items sold. 7. Manage the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store (inside and out) ensuring that all food prep areas are clean and stocked; the food service area is spotless and the bathrooms are sparkling clean, delegating and directing team to maintain condition levels up to Company’s standard. 8. Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines in place for successful food service operation. 9. Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the District Manager. 10. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
