Responsibilities
- The role requires dependability and experience in handling customer transactions and inquiries
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card payment transactions
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets to customers
- Greet customers upon entering and leaving the establishment
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and cleaning restrooms
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to work Mon- fri 4pm-11pm
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to lift 20 pounds occasionally
