Ensures that clothes are placed on sales racks with similar types and colors of clothing., • Rearranges clothing on racks and items on shelves, removes items from the floor, dusts and pulls clothes from racks that are too full to ensure that the sales floor is kept clean, neat and properly displayed., • Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing donor with an itemized receipt, if desired., • Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Store Manager or other member of management. 20 Back of Store Duties: • May remove donations from the donor's car., • Breaks down donation in to appropriate bins of like merchandise., • Examines shoes, electrical, and mechanical merchandise and other non-clothing items to determine, appropriateness for sales floor, in accordance with established standards., • Place salable clothing on hangers to meet established quotas. Hangs clothing on racks for transporting to the sales floor, keeping similar types of clothing grouped together., • Counts and records pieces of clothing hung., • Places unsellable clothing in appropriate bins. 20 Other duties as assigned. We Create Smiles! Responsibilities: 1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests., 2. Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, and pricing)., 3. Maintain product level, quality and freshness., 4. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area., 5. Communicate guests requests to management., 6. Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor., 7. Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times., 8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management., 9. Performs front end duties to insure “guests arrival” standard is maintained., 10. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system., 11. Assist in product receiving and storage. Qualifications: 1. Friendly, outgoing personality., 2. Ability to work well with others., 3. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally., 4. Ability to read and understand information and direction., 5. Effective communication, guest service and selling skills., 6. Must be at least 18 years old., 7.
