Position: Outside Sales Representative Location: Hybrid — Must be local to one of the following Wisconsin metro areas: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, West Allis, Greenfield, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, Oak Creek, Racine, Kenosha. Daily in-office check-in with fieldwork throughout the region. Employment Type: W-2 | Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission Role Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet homeowners affected by storm damage, conduct property inspections, guide clients through the insurance claims process, and manage projects through completion. You’ll knock doors in hail-impacted neighborhoods, build a strong pipeline, and deliver high-quality service with the full backing of our production, finance, and administrative teams. You’ll Be Responsible For: • Canvassing residential neighborhoods to generate leads daily, • Inspecting roofs, interiors, and exteriors to identify storm-related damage, • Educating homeowners on the insurance claim and restoration process, • Meeting with insurance adjusters and building accurate scopes of work, • Managing projects from initial inspection through final completion, • Networking with local professionals to expand your referral base, • Using Salesforce to track activity, notes, and customer communication, • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service Qualifications & Requirements Required: • Professional appearance and strong communication skills, • Clean driving record, • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, • Physical ability to walk roofs and lift 50+ pounds, • Comfort with door-to-door prospecting and field sales, • Ability to travel for projects when needed (room & board covered), • Willingness to work 50+ hours per week during peak seasons Preferred: • Construction, roofing, or storm restoration experience, • Prior experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles, • Ability to read insurance or construction documents, • Strong time management and resilience in high-activity environments Compensation & Benefits Compensation: • $75K average first-year earnings (Base Salary + Commission), • Long-term earning potential: $80K–$90K average, with top performers earning $160K–$180K+, • Health insurance, • 401(k), • Company vehicle, • Fuel card, • Paid vacation, • Company phone, computer, and all necessary tools, • Travel accommodations (room & board) when required Support and Tools Provided: • Up to 4 weeks of structured training + ongoing field coaching, • Dedicated administrative teams supporting claims, supplements, and production, • Daily access to managers for in-field, administrative, and closing support, • Salesforce CRM How to Apply Ready to start a high-growth sales career with industry-leading support and strong earning potential?
