Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead with at least one year of experience in the food industry to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality service, food safety, and team performance. You’ll lead by example and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support front- and back-of-house staff during assigned shifts
Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and sanitation procedures
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly
Open or close the store according to company procedures
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking or ordering supplies
Train and mentor new team members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with management
Uphold company policies and standards at all times
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift lead in a food service or restaurant environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Food Safety certification is required
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Driver's License. (Will be driving to different sites in the whole DMV)
U.S. Citizenship Proof
