Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will assist our customers with finding the perfect floral arrangement or gift. Flexible Scheduling Available- A typical work day is 3-7 hours long, depending on workload and employee availability Overtime Available during holiday seasons We will train in all aspects of the job Job Summary As a florist assistant, you are responsible for supporting and assisting in various aspects of the flower shop’s operation, excluding floral arrangement and design. This role involves deliveries, customer service, inventory management, and general shop maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. Skills, Qualifications, Education, and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; must be 21 years old or older. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must have previous employment history Experience in delivery or related customer service roles is a plus. Knowledge of local roads and familiarity with GPS navigation systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deliveries. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry products and packages.
