Key Responsibilities: • Wash, cut, chop, and portion various ingredients including vegetables, proteins, and garnishes., • Prepare all ingredients strictly following Savour Bowl recipes and prep lists., • Marinate proteins and expertly prepare sauces, dressings, and bases., • Label, date, and properly store all food items using the FIFO method (First-In, First-Out)., • Monitor inventory levels, maintain par levels, and notify management of low stock., • Keep prep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas clean and highly organized., • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements., • Assist with receiving deliveries and accurately putting away inventory., • Provide support to the line during peak service periods as needed., • Complete opening and closing prep tasks efficiently., • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep tables, and floors throughout the shift.
