Early Childhood Teacher / Childcare Supervisor
All Little Stars Learning Center – Woodland Park, NJ

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team.
Your Role
You will help create a warm, engaging classroom where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers can learn, explore, and grow. You will lead age-appropriate activities, support daily routines, supervise children, and provide attentive care in a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
- Provide loving, attentive care and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
- Supervise children and support their social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Establish positive classroom routines and encourage good behavior.
- Communicate with parents about children's daily activities, progress, and needs.
- Work cooperatively with other teachers to maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Follow all health, safety, and childcare licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom routines.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- CDA or early childhood education coursework is a plus.
- Patient, dependable, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with families.
