The single site property is comprised of seventy (70) studio units and a one-bedroom unit for the Building Superintendent. The building is totally handicapped accessible. In addition to the residential areas, the facility has a multi-purpose room (meetings, recreation, and dining); small community kitchen; laundry room; and social service staff offices. On the first floor there are the administrative offices, conference room, waiting area, security/reception office, and access to the patio, athletic court, and garden in the rear. The property has 24/7 on site security. Essential Job Responsibilities and Role of the Building Porter The Building Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the physical building and associated grounds.
