Responsibilities:

Take pride in your work Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here)Cleaning according to company standards established during training. The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications. Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly. Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces across various settings such as offices or commercial spaces. Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure health and safety compliance

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detailGood physical stamina & strength - able to be on your feet, cleaning for hours at a timeStrong Interpersonal & Communication SkillsHighly proficient in ReliabilityMust have a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicleMust be able to work independently while also coordinating with managerial team
