Responsibilities: • Responsible for the recruitment of TikTok live streaming hosts, posting recruitment positions, seeking talent, selection, inviting interviews, and providing an offer letter for suitable candidates., • Hosts recruitment management: manage hosts recruiting team and be accountable for results., • Daily management of live streaming hosts, arranging the schedules of live streaming hosts; ensuring efficient completion of each live stream., • Employee relationship management, including employee communication and collaboration, employee development and training, corporate culture construction., • Assist in handling other temporary tasks of the HR department. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field., • Preferably 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role., • Solid understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates' sales skills effectively., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines., • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools., • Good written and verbal skills in English.
