Join cabin one usa, a growing kitchen manufacturing company, as a CNC Operator. We are looking for a skilled individual to operate and maintain our CNC machinery, playing a crucial role in the production of high-quality kitchen components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., routers, lathes, mills) to perform various machining operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and G-code.
- Load and unload materials onto machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and product quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency and output.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code) and machine operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for handling materials and operating machinery.
