Community Habilitation Professional (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)
Seeking a compassionate Community Habilitation Professional to support a young woman with an intellectual disability and mental health needs in the Rochester area.
Pay: $28+/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Flexible, starting at ~20 hours/week (mostly daytime/morning hours)
Agency: Position hired through Catholic Charities
Role: Provide one-on-one support in the community, helping her build independence, stay active, and engage in activities that enhance her quality of life.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have a safe, reliable, and fully insured vehicle and be willing to provide transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to support community-based goals and activities independently
