Coating Installer Job Duties:
• Preparing surfaces by scouring floors, repairing damage, or removing old paint
• Operate general construction equipment such as large grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers,
etc.
• Mixing, matching, and applying coating systems and finishes to floor surfaces
• Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires
• Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
• Calculating the amounts of materials and time required for each project
• Taping off areas as needed
• Cleaning up supplies and equipment throughout the application process to maintain a safe and organized
work environment
• Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction
