We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Administrator to manage the critical flow of information for our active projects. The ideal candidate is a master of documentation and a proactive communicator who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities are:

  • Documentation Management: Maintain meticulously organized communication logs for all project phases.
  • Technical Processing: Expertly handle the end-to-end process for submittals, transmittals, proposals, change orders & wrap-up
  • Project Tracking: Manage and track change orders and purchase orders to ensure project alignment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the administrative side of material orders, equipment rentals, and product deliveries.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries between vendors, field teams, and project managers.
    Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience specifically within the construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Sage, or similar).
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction documents, including RFIs and lien waivers.
  • Soft Skills: High level of organization, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
