Evco Mechanical is looking for experienced service technicians to join our commercial service team. Qualified applicants must have 5+ years of experience with preventative maintenance and service on any combination of the following commercial equipment: High efficiency condensing boilers 500,000 BTUH + 5+ ton roof top units water source heat pumps split systems pump stations stand-alone controls Technicians with commercial experience in the following manufacturers are preferred: Lochinvar, AERCO, Laars, Raypak Boilers Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Reznor, Aaon Roof Top Units ABB, Teco-Westinghouse, Danfoss VFDs Water Furnace, Johnson Controls, Carrier Heat Pumps Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu Split Systems B&G, Grundfos, Taco, Armstrong Pumps Support for our team members is a top priority at Evco; we consider employment as building a future together, not just providing a job. Responsibilities: Designs specific eyelash treatments based on our 4 unique styles and the guest’s individual needs. Performs professional eyelash extension sessions. Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio’s policies and procedures. Understands and promotes exclusive retail products for guest’s at-home usage and aftercare. Creates an excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude. Provides frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare. Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes with Regional Lash Trainer. Committed to consistently improving skills through a professional development program. A company specializing in servicing healthcare facilities throughout central and northern New Jersey for over 30 years, a family owned and operated company, presently looking for another family member to join our team. We are seeking experienced HVAC mechanics and Jr. mechanics for Industrial/Medical equipment installations and maintenance. This includes but not limited to, Process cooling, medical chillers for MRI and CT scanners, 5T to 30T RTU package and split systems right down to 2T mini splits for patient areas. Commercial gas boilers, oil boilers, Commercial HVAC rooftop units, Ductless Mini-Split systems, Condensers, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, and much more. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Must have a clean driving record Must have at least 3 + years’ experience and able to work occasional Weekends and cover emergency calls. MUST have basic hand tools/reliable transportation MUST have ability to work 40-hour weeks Must be drug free, good communicator, customer friendly and able to maintain a clean organized truck.
