Qualifications
• Proven experience in contract acquisition, negotiation, procurement, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliable home internet connectivity.
• Prior experience in environmental services or recycling industry is a plus, but not required.
Compensation Structure
• This is a commission-based role with compensation tied directly to the jobs you secure and schedule.
• You will receive 20% of the overall profits from each job booked and scheduled.
• Commissions are paid after all company expenses and financial business obligations are satisfied.
• Payments will be made regularly according to payroll cycles based on job profitability.
