We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food service, kitchen operations, and culinary skills. Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, including meal preparation and food handling
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food preparation and service
Serve meals efficiently in a professional manner, maintaining high standards of presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including knife skills and food prep stations
Support catering events and special functions as needed
Handle food with care, adhering to proper hygiene practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
Experience
Prior experience in coffee shop and Italian cuisines roles preferred
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques preferred
