Full job description
Position Summary:
As a Cook at IHOP, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your culinary skills will contribute to providing our guests with a memorable dining experience that keeps them coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food items according to IHOP's recipes and quality standards.
Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies.
Uphold IHOP's commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:
