Landscaper Employee (and/or) Crew Manager
Crew Manager will lead our landscaping teams and withhold a consistent flow of reliance for our business. This job also includes managing a specific schedule within our clientele each day.
Landscaper (and/or) Crew Manager
These roles includes overseeing daily jobs, following schedules, ensuring quality/efficiency, and communicating directly with our clients. This job also includes mowing, irrigation, trimming, mulching, and other outdoor assessments for our clientele. Experience is not required. We are willing to teach our employees with any skills they need to obtain to help our business crew succeed together.
What our KP Landscapes team is looking for:
• Dependable and on time.
• Attention to detail, and focusing on exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English language.
• Strong leadership and positive attitude.
• Reliable and organized.
Wage as an employee for KP Landscapes:
•Compensation is calculated from the skill set the employee holds. This also depends on consistency within execution, customer service, and attention to detail.
•Minimum wage starts at $19 an hour for any employee.
•Pay range additionally can exceed to **$25 an hour **for Crew Manager(s)
KP Landscapes schedule weekly may depend on weather conditions, holidays, and customer demand.
