Customer Relations Specialist - SHINING C GRULLA HORSES - Lamar County

The Customer Relations Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
This person will respond to inquiries, understand what each customer is looking for, provide accurate information about available horses, maintain organized customer records, follow up with prospective buyers, and help guide customers through the purchasing process.
The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, organized, personable, and genuinely knowledgeable or passionate about horses and the equine industry.
This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, text, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, website inquiries, and social media.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand each customer's goals, experience level, budget, preferred bloodlines, color, discipline, and intended use.
• Provide customers with accurate information about available horses, foals, stallions, mares, pedigrees, pricing, availability, and sales processes.
• Coordinate with the owner, trainer, and equine management team when customers need additional information.
• Schedule phone calls, video calls, virtual horse presentations, and ranch visits when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience from initial inquiry through purchase and follow-up.
