Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Provide product information and solutions to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
- Meet customer service performance metrics and targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with empathy and patience
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills (training provided)
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
