Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, providing accurate product information, and ensuring professional, timely support across all communication channels. Responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, addressing order-related concerns, and escalating issues as needed. While strong communication skills and reliability are important, no prior experience is required, as full training and guidance will be provided.
Training Program:
Selected applicants will undergo a one-week structured training program, designed to familiarize them with company procedures, communication standards, and customer support tools. Training is fully paid at a rate of $20 per hour.
