Veterinary Receptionist
Modern state of the art veterinary hospital looking for Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist.
Experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training provided.
Basic expectations and responsibilities:
- You must be caring, patient, willing and able to provide quality, compassionate care for our clients and their pets so that they are safe and comfortable.
- You must be willing to work as a team player.
- You must be reliable and on time for work.
- You must be legal to work in the US.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends (not including Sunday).
- You must be able to communicate with clients adequately.
- Skillful in answering high volumes of phone calls efficiently and politely.
- Capability to learn and understand our practice management software.
- Ability to function during stressful situations.
- Follow instructions carefully.
- Pay and hours to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
