Molina Healthcare is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.


The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.


Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and internal systems
Review records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Communicate with employees and customers to verify and collect information when needed
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
Identify and report data discrepancies or system issues promptly
Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service preferred
Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online database systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
