We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it regularly.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Maintaining a database of contacts
-Setting appointments
-Adhering to guidelines and standards
-Taking notes for specific contacts
-Helping contacts get the right information
-Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
-Communication skills
-English fluency
-Organization skills
-Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
-Proficiency in multitasking
-Good working memory
-Experience with data entry
-Accuracy and attention to detail
